Patterns in the stream

I spent the morning baking for the Easter Monday event at the Community Orchard tomorrow. The simnel cake tray bake which was new to me turned out well which is more than I can say for the photograph of it. Hence the watery pattern that made it into today’s blip. I also made chocolate nests but, unable to purchase mini chocolate eggs locally, I had to improvise and use Maltesers dipped in white chocolate to occupy my nests.
After church I visited one of the local venues on the Mull and Iona Arts Trail “Open Studios” Easter event. I am struck by the number of very talented people living on this island.
