Miles
Our main task for the day was pick up this fine fellow to transport him to Bouvier Rescue.
His family are heading back to the States and told us they couldn’t take Miles as Chicago is too cold. Really! Bouvier’s have double coats and cope just fine in cold weather.
He was a real gentleman in the car, choosing to sit on the floor but we felt so sorry for him as he seemed totally bemused by everything around him, and who could blame him.
Sadly Duke, the permanent resident at Bouvier Rescue, didn’t take to Miles, so after the long journey with us, he had another to take him to another shelter where he will be groomed, neutered, given all his shots, before a new home is found for him.
That won’t take long though as he has a wonderful personality and a gentle way with people.
Back home for a catch up with the Bungs before watching the final round of the Masters, then time for bed.
Hope you have all had a great Easter.
