On stage

I got to see the secret life of Dr H this evening - not so secret really. Popped in to Edinburgh for an early evening drink at Whighams and nodded along to jazzz. A lovely variety of (non professional) singers got up to do their turn - including H. So impressed with her nerve and she knocked out a good tune too. What a lovely atmosphere- a crowd of folk doing what they love - some better than others - supporting each other and providing entertainment for the rest of the bar. I shall return.
