Helping out day

I woke at 6.50 and swithered about a swim but I'm glad I went as the pool was empty.

The next decision weather based and my call was the correct one, it did not rain and actually the sun reappeared. So off to #2 son's to spend over 4 hours on my hands and knees digging out weeds. There was a brief Interlude in Lidl for a very late lunch.  I know I have used some muscles I haven't used for a year. However, by the end it did look a bit better. Part 2 is a dump run on Thursday.

Home for a shower, a wee bit checking of figures and then a well earned rest.
