British Linen Bank, George Street

I had a yoga class on George Street this morning just a couple of doors away from this building.  It's now a retail store but was a branch of the British Linen Bank completed in 1905.  The Bank of Scotland aquired the British Linen Bank in 1969.  The Linen Bank has an interesting history based on  improving the industry in Scotland.
