And the Winner is...

Attended the South Lanarkshire Youth Film Festival at the University of West Scotland campus in Hamilton tonight. The event showcases the work of youth groups (often schools) tackling the artistic and technical issues of short film-making.
Topics ranged from mugging through the likes of zombie attacks to mental health and Scottish independence. Tom Urie (Big Bob of popular soap River City) presented the films and the prize winning gongs for Calderside Academy's
'My Mental Health'.
Had I realised at the time who was in my way as I tried to get front views of the oscars, I might have tried to include Tom in the shots I took. Sigh: I need to watch more telly obviously!
