Early doors beach walk, Rosie found some horror or other to eat. Screaming like a banshee at her from a distance has no effect at all.

Four days appears to be the right amount of time off from work for me to get fully motivated and on it. I rattled through lots of stuff and asked people to do more stuff to get things going. All good.
