B - TT challenge

Tiny Tuesday challenge today - something beginning with B.

I had some flowers on Sunday given to me and this foliage with berries included - sorted.

Caleb is having intensive swimming classes each morning this week, so I am looking after Austin at our daughters. Today, the weather was good on rising so I decided to cycle there and back! (Trying to get into this retirement mode, save money, get exercise.)

Lovely visit from one of my work colleagues at lunchtime with a beautiful gift, a rose bush for my patio called “sweet memories”.

This afternoon, an admin afternoon.
* called about my pension prediction, my employee hasn’t informed them that I’ve handed my notice in so hence no predictions. (They are on the case)
* called the care company to find out why AJs overpayment of care costs haven’t been paid back yet - had to leave a message and they are going to call me back ….
* called the undertaker re AJs internment, evidently AJ owns the plot for her ashes and she has to give permission to put a stone on it! The stonemason reports that the Town Council won’t let them book an internment without a date. So much red tape!
* called the travel agent re our holiday to Canada, nearly there, hope to finally booked this week.
* talked to my sister about booking our cruise - may be this year, or may be next year.

Last programme of “why didn’t they ask Evans?” - good drama.
