Black headed Grosbeak

Female. They look quite different than the males. Very wet, windy day. More feeding frenzy at the bird feeder. I have to buy more food tomorrow. They also devoured the suet cake (seeded) I put out. The grosbeaks were also eating at the finch feeder (nyger seeds). Hungry, hungry hippo birdies.
From my kitchen window again. At least I didn't have to get out in the weather!
