A chilly April

with a keen fisherman trying his luck, the snowy heights of Beinn Chaorach in the Glen Fruin hills lie behind. Saw the first swallows of the year skimming over the water here, it’ll be the cuckoo next and maybe even a wee bit warmer weather.
