Blossom.

Last year I planted a cherry tree for the display of blossom it would give us in the spring. We have been away from the house for two weeks, just as it was coming into bud. The builder has asked if we can stay away for another week. So we may miss it’s display this first year. I took this on our very, very (it was bitter) cold walk this morning.

Had a lovely shopping spree this afternoon. I must say, the shops are so much better stocked here than down our way.

The cooker man came to clean Hayley’s oven. It looks like brand new, he’s done an excellent job, and doesn’t use any chemicals. I think he uses steam. Impressive.
