Wednesday

Today I was meeting a friend at 10am. I woke with my alarm and took my tablet for my stomach. I normally have to lie for at least half an hour so I don't feel sick when I get up. This morning I fell asleep and woke at 11.30! My friend had text at 11am wondering where I was. 

Later I went back to the Dr, and because I am still in pain she is referring me to the hospital. Came away with an increase in my anti depressants and different pain gel to try. To go back next week. Walking along to the chemist I saw this Magnolia tree in a garden. 
Back to the sofa.
