Sottobicchiere di Mosaico

It’s all about mosaics right now. This is my second mosaic and I opted for smaller (coaster size) and simpler (geometric) using the indirect method. Well, it wasn’t really simpler….making round and pointy shapes with squarish tessere is not easy. But an excellent learning experience. With the indirect method the top surface while working on the mosaic is actually the bottom and the bottom is on the top. I have to wait a day or so for it to dry before I can see the finished product.
