Torrent

I don’t know how much rain has fallen during the past twenty-four hours but it has certainly been a lot. The run-off from the hills has turned our little babbling burn into a raging torrent. We occasionally see it a bit like this in the middle of winter but I think today’s scene beats even the wettest winter day.
I only ventured out when Bertie needed a wander and both times I got soaked. (The rain didn’t seem to bother him at all!) Otherwise, I made use of the day catching up with various computer jobs.
