Bread Baking

I had never let my sourdough starter go for more than a week, and it went  six weeks without feeding by the time we got home from California. I was happy to have it double in size and ready to bake in two days!   If you’re into sourdough you’ll understand!
Grateful for….two loaves of homemade baked bread  and a batch of fudge for Elizabeth’s birthday tomorrow. She loves my fudge but hasn’t had success making it herself.  I think it’s just better when made by someone else!
