Tripod

I kept meaning to take a better photo today but I didn't so this one had to do!

I bought a tripod today! It's the first of a long list of camera related things I want to buy, and it seemed like the most useful and least intimidating item on the list. Hopefully in the next few weeks I can do some night photography, and possibly some more self portraits. It'll be nice not to have to worry about my shaky hands when it's dark and the shutter speed is slow!

Not much else went on today. I went into the city to get the tripod and I was going to hang around but I didn't feel like it in the end so I headed straight home to try out the tripod.

It's me again, this time with Dad - an unintentional selfie only a few days after my first one. I just wanted a photo that showed how useful the tripod is, so while this isn't the best quality photo around I like it because I got use the tripod to take it.
