Wee White Balls

Spring golf in Scotland: might look like fertiliser on the green but actually I was being battered by hailstones! Only briefly but all the same, was a bit unexpected.
After a week’s carpet putting practice I thought I’d take it to another level, not Axminster but the real thing although from the picture you can see that our greens differ slightly from Augusta’s at this time of year. It’ll be another month at least before they’re approaching smooth. I spent a couple of hours mostly practicing my pitching and putting, signs of improvement!
