Red Tulips

A much calmer day of weather, although still a little breezy!

And my plan was to get out for a walk and I started on my way when I ran into a friend and neighbour whose birthday it is today, so I headed back to her house with her for a natter over tea and she could open her presents I had for her, so it was lovely to catch up!

Then I headed back on my walk to the creek and saw this lovely display of Tulips at the local church on one of the Commonwealth War Graves which looked lovely in the sunshine! Not much at the creek again, other than some sleeping redshanks, a couple of egrets and a noisy goldfinch in a nearby tree!
