It’s rain o’clock . . . again. It stayed that way until mid afternoon.

A day of reading labels. First in the Rohan shop where I was one of the first for the sale. I only go to sales now if I’m sure there are items I like and need. Bought a summer jacket and pair of trousers.

In the afternoon a tour of the garden centre (which includes Cotswold Outdoor). I looked at plants first. Then a browse in Cotswold where I took photos of some labels and will research the products at home. I did buy a pair of brightly coloured striped hiking socks.

Back outside and I bought three perennials I spotted earlier to brighten the patch I tidied at the weekend. It’s a start.
