I met up with my best friend in Leamington today. We had a lovely lunch ( tapas if you’re interested) and then went to look at two properties she’s interested in buying. The classic head : heart dilemma. One- great location , walkable into town, right size and number of rooms but not anything special. Two : gorgeous property, beautiful setting and really impressive but a few minutes drive out of town.

Any way she’s been doing a lot of decluttering and has motivated me to go through the 9(?) boxes of school resources I have in the garage. After 4 years I’m probably not going back :)

To that end I bought this to store the things I may keep that might be useful in the future should there ever be little people in the house!
