A red, red rose

This dear little bud surprised me today. Those drips aren't designer - they are the real deal. More showery rain.

My greatest achievement today was to finish knitting a pair of big girls' bootees for Margot. She's nine months old, growing fast and has a high rate of turnover in respect of clothing.
