Tuna gougere

Today I accompanied  my Aunt on the train as far as Clapham Junction, and saw her onto another train to take her home. We thought we would  try this to save us another long drive.The trains ran to time, and  it was certainly  much less stressful for both of than  our journey to Winchester by car on Good Friday. 
It was a wet afternoon so I spent it quietly indoors, dealing with two phone calls regarding my Mother's  care. 
Martin produced this lovely Tuna Gougere ( choux pasty ring with tuna sauce  filling.) fro supper.
