Krakow Botanic Garden
A collage is a bit of a cheat - apologies! We visited Krakow botanic garden this morning (around twenty minutes walk from central Krakow). While it's still early in the gardening year and many plants are still dormant, we saw some lovely Spring plants - anemones, hellebores, flowering Spring bulbs, some pretty wildflowers such as yellow monks-wort, and lots of vibrant splashes of colour and interesting leaf textures in the glasshouses. Worth a visit and a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the centre of town.
