Harbour Lock gates

A bright mild day

I have had several medical reviews in the last few days and an ECG to come early on Sunday morning - they are working extra shifts to catch up.

I am feeling much better and we went down to Arbroath for our usual Sausage and Chips beside the Harbour. As we walked round, we noticed the water rushing of the Lock Gates, which keeps the water level in the Harbour at the proper level. My walk gave me over 2000 steps, which is the most I have done for a long time. Maybe when the days get better I might manage the 9000 I used to do last year.
