Racism

I have now decided to call out racism and how I feel about things. Yesterday in my 1-2-1 with my manager how I felt about my ex-managers comment about removing my turban and come into the office. I had some calls with J who’s the senior director and she mentioned that I should speak with the ex-manager one on one and go through this.

It reminded me of the ex-landlady’s comment who mentioned ‘flaming Indian’ to me more than once. I still think about it, and don’t know how to even address it to her.
