If this is a Leafcutter Bee?

Is it carving up this Euphorbia or browsing on the nectar?

And is it a Leafcutter Bee, anyway? I didn't get a look at the underside before it exited rapidly in a westerly direction.

As my hand-eye coordination gets worse it gets harder to close-focus on manual, trying desperately to press the shutter as I move the camera in and out, using a high shutter speed...
