Two Heads are Better Than One

Mosaic class is over, but still in Narni Scalo. Our little apartment is in a building that shares a “block” with just one other building. A building that M & I covet daily. It is a magnificent, although perhaps a bit rundown pink & yellow 19th century Liberty building. It is surrounded by a high wall and many trees, yet every time we walk past it (at least 6 times per day) we stop to peer through the big iron front gates to admire the building and say hi to the big old yellow dog that guards it. The details on the building are lovely, although the satellite dishes and antennae, a modern necessity, are unsightly.
