Old Trees in Cut Wood Park.
The Feast Day of Saint Paternus of Wales.
The morning is glorious here, 7c, blue cloudless sky and suddenly warmer again. The roofs were frosty at 7am.
I check the weather on our laptop when I do my blip, and it warns of a heatwave that is coming to the UK due to a plume of warm weather from Africa. I tend to keep my Winter clothes on until May, but this sounds like an effect of global climate changes. We are learning to be adaptable but I am not keen on heatwaves because it ruins plants and gardens and animals suffer as much as we do.
The woodland was pleasantly cool this morning and there were lots of people out and about enjoying the sunshine after a rainy day yesterday.
Thank you for visiting my site and have a wonderful day blip friends..
