Ann went out this morning to meet Jo for a coffee so I took a walk down to the river and back via the marina and towpath. I took my time and a few photos. These three mallards were sunning themselves on a ledge at the other side of the canal.


After lunch we drove over to St Peter's Garden Centre where we had a coffee by the lake with the hippos. Ann was after some plants for the patio and we browsed the many offerings until she settled on two or three she liked.
