Alfie chilling

I went down to Carfraemill to have lunch with J and G which was very pleasant. It was getting on for three months since we had last seen each other. I ate much more than I usually do for lunch and most of it was fairly unsuitable for diabetics. I will need to behave well from now on to atone for it. I saw my first lambs of the year, mostly stretched out sunbathing. It was a lovely spring day.
