Miranda Lambert - Look at Miss Ohio (2011)
Miranda Lambert certainly knows how to use a Southern drawl to its sexiest effect. The song is one of the best known by Gillian Welch and David Rawlings, but I had never heard this rendition until Bill Nighy played it from his own collection while standing in for Iggy Pop on Radio 6 Music, in fact I'm not sure I had heard of Miranda Lambert before. She seems to be at the alt.country/Americana end of country music and comes from Texas. I have been playing this ever since.
