Summerhill Force..

..and Gibsons Cave, very near Low Force, in Teesdale.
We were planning to go to Ashghyll Force but there was no parking left, it was full of people gayly walking and other activities, good to see though.

We had a lovely walk through the woodlands along the stream. There are lots of waterfalls to see. On the way back there was a group of swimmers, I would have joined them if I'd had my kit.

`We had lunch at Saddlers in Alston. Lots of shops in the town have closed down, very sad.
