'Harmonic Context'

Blast Furness had a workshop just for the horn section today, led by the very knowledgable and very excitable Richard Ormrod, who talked us through improvisation, pentatonic, dorian and aeolian modes and masses of other musical things.  I escaped for an hour when my head couldn't take any more and had a delightful walk up the hill from our base at Laycock, near Keighley in Yorkshire.
