Happy Birthday

A birthday pavlova for somebody who doesn't like cake!
i made the pavlova on Thursday night and finished it off for dinner tonight. Filled with creme fraiche, strawberries and a fresh raspberry coulis. We've half left for tomorrow's dinner.
I'm going to have to buy another candle for next year's cake as he enters his next decade!
