Bannockburn

I met up with 2 women I flatted with in London in 1969 -71! We went to a vineyard in Bannockburn- this was our view! 

On the way, we had to wait at the Wānaka airport as they were launching the NASA balloon. (extra) It looked small, however it inflates to the size of a football field eventually. I think it will be in the air for 100 days testing scientific equipment.

We had a wonderful meal and catch up. Another special day with long term friends.
