Above Grasmere.

It was grey but dry. After walking to the local Co-op I took my shopping home then went out in the car. I only had a hour of roadside parking so just got above the fell wall. Would have gone further if I hadn’t spent time looking for photos.

I saw a red squirrel sitting on a wall by the footpath on the way down. It had disappeared up a tree and out of sight by the time I was close enough for a photo.
