Out and about

We saw this closed path yesterday and it was lucky we didn't need to cross the bridge to get home - we'd nearly gone that way and it would have made a big detour. I went past it again today on my little cycle ride. The bridge is right next to the woods.

There was no German today so I'm hoping it was just a miscommunication and not that anything came up. I've not heard from Heidi at all so I have no idea what went wrong.

I had a chat with Mark and saw Emily. Mark and I had a laugh about trying to speak German. I'm pretty sure he's getting ahead of me which he needs to do as he's living there.

Emily was as always cute (what grandkid isn't?) and we had the occasional 'ruff ruff' from here when she wanted attention.
