Sunday.

A perfect Sunday. Went to H & S's gym with them. I did 30 lengths in the pool, then some time in the spa. A jacuzzi, a sauna, and even ..... 3 dips in the plunge pool! Three cheers for me because it was freezing! But an element of competition going on. If I was going to do it, then so was Hayley, if Hayley was going to do it, so was I!!

Then home, its was good to see the 'Beach Hut' being used by Emmeline, Reggie and their friend Ada.

Emmeline is desperate for a dog, and loves to feed Ali when we are here. As you can see, Ali loves her food!

Then the most delicious Sunday roast dinner of slow cooked lamb, and all the trimmings.
