Aphrodite chicken

This is such an easy and delicious dish. The chicken, stuffed with a lemon, sits on a bed of sliced potatoes with rosemary and garlic. We served it with asparagus and peas. Earlier we went to see Air, with Matt Damon and Viola Davis, about Nike's recruitment of Michael Jordan. We loved it.
