Rapaki Track.

This morning we walked up the Rapaki  Track to the Summit Road . The weather was not great with a cold north easterly wind and the views were rather hazy. The top photo is looking back to the city with our cars parked in the Mount Vernon car park. The lower photo is from the Summit Road looking across Lyttelton Harbour.. The track was quite rough and difficult in parts and the whole 8.2km return journey took over 2 hours.
