Nail scissors

Today was the first day ever when I had to do something remotely personal for my mom. I had to cut her finger nails for her because she can't do that any more. She's nearly 82 and in a lot of pain at the moment. She's also very worried that she's forgetting things. I'm not good at the personal things. I just find doing them incredibly upsetting.
