Still tired but definitely feeling better a quiet time at the allotment getting some plants and seedlings out. 
Out for tea with F as D away camping a nice Kenya meal. Had to help a guy get home who had collapsed in the bus stop drunk. Thankfully he was cheery and very glad of our help
