Calmness

Blipped as I did a beach clean this morning-no editing- just love nature's natural colours! It was so calm and warm in the spring sunshine. I did a run to work on elevation (preparation for a race on Sunday), gardening and just enjoyed being outdoors. This evening I ve had a lovely online chat with a friend and made chutney.... and now need to get ready for work (start of term) tomorow. Zzzz
