Terribly disturbing story on AI (artificial intelligence) on 60 Minutes. We're doomed.

Speaking of doom, Putin's Russia is toast. He has put Russia in a position where it is dependent on China. After the meeting between Putin and Xi, Xi sent a telegram to the leaders of the five Central Asian countries inviting them to the first-ever "China-Central Asian" summit in May. These countries had been Soviet republics and looked to Russia for security. Putin is too wounded by his disaster in Ukraine to resist China's advances on Central Asia.

Russia believes that a Ukrainian drone took out one of their power stations. Russia has threatened that Russia would retaliate against cross-border attacks which is just flat out ridiculous. What can they do that they aren't doing? Once you've attacked maternity wards and kidnapped children, how can you effectively threaten to do worse?
