Tiny violet

Quite a chilly day up here in the heights of the Cotswold hills but we have had some nice sunshine.  I was worried that our tiny violets had been inadvertently mown a couple of weeks ago so was very pleased to find quite a few of them like this little lot growing in and around our primroses in their shy, gentle way.

Thanks for all your lovely comments about my mother yesterday.  She would have been amazed!
