Identification required !

The Tulip bud with the ragged edges which I featured a few days ago has further developed and I wonder if there is more to come from it. I still cannot understand where this bulb and a few more like it came from. I normally keep the empty packs until  the first flowers arrive, but none of them have pictures which look remotely like the real thing. I'm guessing some sort of packing error.

 I don't suppose any kind blipper can identify the variety?
