Boosted!

Today we both received our Covid-19 Spring boosters - a little earlier than the given appointment as we'd rearranged it from The 6th of May (isn't there something happening that day) but had to go to Dalkeith.

So afterwards, on this lovely calm, sunny but cool day, we took a walk in nearby Dalkeith Park, where I collected a bagful of wild garlic, admired the few bluebells emerging, listened to the birdsong, wondered at the iron-red colour of the South Esk and wandered back to the car.
