Root canal done , just the 2 1/4 hrs in the chair . Looked like I’d had a stoke after ! There was a lot of local anaesthetic and I never had one side of my face and nose go numb before, very happy to have had it tho . It was all really calm and I did self hypnosis be completely relaxed, loose and able to open my mouth wide enough for him to get right to the back.
Still Spent the afternoon on the sofa with the dog, paracetamol and ibuprofen !
