My poor knee

Fell in street today !
The new dog restricting apparatus was great on the initial walk between stream and old city walls, but after a well earned rest on bench in town centre it fell off and I ended up using it as a common lead. And she managed to pull me over. Got myself onto someone's door steps and then scooted my bottom along a step which went to a higher corner. Took about 30 minutes. Two women offered help, which I refused.
Really painful knee - I just hope I've not twisted it badly. The scraped knee will heal but not sure about trauma to knee and ankle. Must sort out the harness.
