I went for a walk as the sun was coming up, was surprised that 3 hardy souls braved the cold water to get 'The Shot of the Day'.  I was happy watching them!!  I then saw the rowers coming in, (extra 1).

After breakfast I went to church.  The flowers are the second extra.  The hymn for today is 'Crown Him with Many Crowns'.  Most of us there were over 80!!

Have just about walked 10K steps, so only need to do a few more, then I am done for the day.
